Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@sinaware.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period and no further charges will be made.
